Common questions from parents.
How do I apply for admission?
Tap “Apply Now,” choose your preferred branch, and fill in your child's details along with your own as guardian. You'll receive a unique Application ID immediately after submitting — save it to track your status at any time.
What documents will I need?
Birth certificate, a passport-style photo, baptism certificate (if applicable), previous school report cards, and immunization records. You can upload these as part of the application, or bring physical copies to your branch if that's easier.
How do I pay the application fee?
Once mobile money integration goes live, you'll be able to pay directly through MTN MoMo or Airtel Money with an instant digital receipt. Until then, our admission officers can guide you through payment at your nearest branch.
Can my child transfer between branches later?
Yes. Byumba HQ, Rukizi/Gatuna, and Rutare share one student record system, so a transfer carries your child's full academic and attendance history with it.
How long does the admission process take?
Every application moves through the same stages — Submitted, Under Review, Interview Scheduled, Accepted, then Enrolled — and you can check exactly where your child stands at any moment on the Track Application page.
What if I don't have a smartphone or reliable internet?
The portal is built for low-bandwidth connections and basic smartphones, and you're always welcome to apply in person at your nearest branch — our admission officers can enter the details on your behalf.
